As we grow, we are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist to reinforce our Sales Team. Working with our Digital Strategy Team, you will engage with our Customers, with a focus on prospecting and selling digital solutions & services. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, measured by sales orders, margins and total bid amounts. You will be required to produce accurate and timely sales forecasts and sales pipeline information. Being an open-minded entrepreneur with a strong team spirit is key for the job!

What will you accomplish?

Stakeholder Planning: Identifies and influences decision-makers, influencers, and other stakeholders (internal and external). Identifies and implements methods to influence stakeholders and participates appropriately. Creates, maintains, and expands a network of productive relationships with customers.
Customer Relationships: Actively and personally develops appropriate customer relationships that will support the overall Account Plan. Develops a strong influence and coaching network within the customer and relevant partners. Utilizes social media tools to build relationships.
Strategy Development: Develops the sales strategy for specific business areas of Digital Services & Cyber-Security.
Sales Opportunities: Identifies and qualifies opportunities to establish a pipeline that will meet targets within designated accounts. Supports contract negotiations. Accountable for revenues, Total Contract Value (TCV), and margins for the dedicated activity.
Winning Deals: Leads or supports the negotiations to close deals. Ensures customer concerns are resolved during the negotiation and contractual process.
Forecasting: Submits accurate and timely weekly sales forecast and regular updates to line management.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborates actively with our internal Digital Strategy & Cyber Security team to support the development and evolution of our Digital & Cyber Security offerings, based on customers feedback received and market needs.
Input to Bid Reviews: Together with the designated bid team, provides and presents appropriate input to the company bid review process.
Business Insight: Maintains a high level of knowledge in the Digital & Cyber Security domains.
Partnership: Collaborates actively with our partner network to develop strategic sales plans.
Competitor Analysis: Identifies and creates a strategy for beating the competition. Provides a barometer of current client needs and works to evolve Fujitsu portfolio and capabilities so that they continue to meet and stimulate customer demand.
Governance: Adheres to the company’s defined governance procedures and sales management tools including the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database to manage campaigns within and across borders. Ensures the proper use of specified company tools and processes to manage sales opportunities.


A positive and enthusiastic entrepreneurial attitude
7 to 10 years of experience in business development and/or sales position
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Digital sales-related activities
Subjects like digital customer experience, automation, mobile applications, data analytics, cybersecurity, IOT, cloud-based solutions, …. are known topics to you
Problem-solving & creative mindset
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Customer-centric with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service
Strong interest in Digital Transformation projects in different sectors
Detail oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues
Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques
Quick thinker, likes challenges, goal oriented, ambitious, determined and self-confident
Language skills: Fluency in French and English
