Job Description

POST Courrier, the mail and logistics division of POST Group, has successfully implemented over the last years strong warehousing and logistics activities in Luxembourg. Handling mail and commercial cargo at its hub by the airport has become a key pillar of its service portfolio. To strengthen the logistics team, we are currently looking for a Developer (m/f)
Missions
Program, document, test and promote the production of programs / modules
Assist the development team with all aspects of software design / coding and conduct development tests
Monitor technical performances of internal systems
Ensure EDI (electronic data interchange) processing and mapping, incoming and outgoing
Support report generation and export (csv / html / xls files, email)
Review business process requirements documentation and create functional specification requirements
Evaluate and design application modules and perform customizations
Perform training for end users
Provide live assistance and operational support. Be available to provide emergency assistance if needed outside working hours
Profile
Have a Bachelor degree (Bac + 3) in Computer Science combined with at least 3 years of experience in software development
Have proven knowledge of basic coding languages such as C++ and JavaScript
Have proven experience of Sencha ExtJS is mandatory, as well as Node JS and PHP
Knowledge of IBM and related techniques (ILE RPG, CL, System Administration) is an advantage
Be proficient in MS Office
Able to learn new software and technologies quickly
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Be detail-oriented and goal oriented
Be flexible with a pro-active and analytical mindset
Be fluent in English and German, French and Luxembourgish would be considered as an asset
