Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Kernel Developer (Windows) C++ to design and implement driver functionality meeting design specifications and standards and to assist with the maintenance of existing functionality interacting Windows and Linux kernels.

Required Skills:
* Strong experience in delivering software products.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum of 5 years proven work experience coding in C/C++ and Intel x86/x64 assembly.
* Experience developing Windows Kernel Mode Device Drivers under Windows NT.
* Proficient using debugging tools (IDA, WinDBG, SoftIce, etc.) for research and crash analysis.
* Expert knowledge of interception mechanisms (callbacks, hooks, etc.), process/thread management, file system management, and memory management at the Kernel level.

Nice to have:
* Experience developing Linux Kernel modules a plus.
* Experience with Windows File System Drivers development (IFS kit) is highly desired.
* Experience with NDIS, TDI, and other kernel-level networking interfaces are highly desired.
* Experience developing Windows Kernel Mode Device Drivers under Windows 7/2008 R2 a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Performs complex product design activities, system analysis and programming activities which may require extensive research and analysis
* Performs design, implementation and maintenance of complex, multiple product modules/sub-systems
* Performs complex bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products
* Researches problems discovered by QA or product support and may develop the solution for the problems
* Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits
* Design and implementation in order to meet project objectives
* Documentation of development work
