Full-Time Project Manager in Fund Industry

Lux-Advisory is a company specialized in project management and business analysis. Our consultants take part to European or International projects in Luxembourg.
We are looking for a project manager in Fund Industry in Luxembourg.
Mission:
You will take on a project management role for the main Fund Services workstreams; Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Global Custody enhancement and corresponding surrounding systems and interfaces. You will be responsible to lead a project from initiation through delivery. Amongst your responsibilities will be the following:
• Planning
• Requirements Management
• Budget Management, Resource Management and Vendor Management
• Reporting and Communication, animation of workshops
• Management of stakeholders
• Manage escalation to management as/when required
• Daily follow-up on actions, risks and issues
• Post Implementation Reporting
• Compliance & Respect of corporate project approach
Profile:
• Eight to twelve years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Proven track record demonstrated in delivering complex, cross organizational / geographical business and IT change within the Fund industry
• Structured approach to project management including promoting and ensuring adherence to the project management framework defined by the company
• Planning, time management and resource management skills
• Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies related to complex projects
• Recognized project management qualification e.g. Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP would be a benefit
• Strong leadership
• High level of commitment and record of exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a proactive, positive and autonomous way
• Good communication skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education: 5 university years degree
Languages: English and French (Fluent); other European languages will be an advantage
