Devoteam Luxembourg is looking for an intern to join its HR team during a 4 to 6 month internship. You will participate in the support of various HR / Talent Acquisition activities on the following tasks (not exhaustive), and above all you will be a trustable teammate who will learn a lot from your team!

What you will do :
Participate to Onboarding sessions, monitor and organize with stakeholders the different onboarding steps/meet-ups for each newcomer (such as: follow up/wellbeing surveys, internal communications on Yammer, etc.);

Proactive support on sick leaves & holiday management (day-to-day, declarations, holidays follow-up, medical visits) and follow up on AML trainings;

Administrative support for the fleet management;

Become a dedicated Point of Contact for daily HR admin requests from our collaborators;

Make sure that our job vacancies are duly published on careers websites and inform the ADEM (National Employment Agency) of new vacancies;

Spotting potential IT Talents (candidates) on our different job boards and LinkedIn;

Attend phone screening and physical/Microsoft Teams interviews;

Participate and support HR internal projects such as : promote and bring to life our #DevoMove Calendar, organize Talent spotting Afterworks, etc. This could also be anything new you might propose!

Learn a lot about the life cycle of employees and Luxembourg labor law;

Share lunch times with smily and passionate colleagues.

Qualifications
You are :
Currently studying HR (Bachelor or Master degree) and you are looking for an internship (internship agreement required);
You have a strong interest for the field of human resources and new technologies;
You know all the magic we can do from Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related products;
You thrive in connecting with people and we can count on you with complete trust;
Tu parles couramment le Français and you are fluent in English ;
You are able to work independently and proactively with a positive mindset and enjoy working with different multicultural colleagues in a dynamic environment, having very good communication skills.;
You are creative and enjoy proposing new ideas!
